概述Brief introduction

Paint mixing kettle is suitable for color mixing in paint industry and mixing of liquid-liquid, liquid-solid materials in other industries. It has uniform color mixing and good miscibility. The structure is reasonable and has the function of strong stirring. It integrates heating, stirring, temperature control and cooling functions. It can heat or cool materials according to different process requirements. It is equipped with electronic control cabinet to facilitate the overall monitoring of equipment operation.

性能Performance
1搅拌采用了变频器调速，可根据客户的要求生产不同工艺的产品。
2-锅体采用了双层不锈钢板材焊接组成，罐体及管道为镜面抛光，完全符合GMP要求。
3-根据工艺要求，罐体可加热并冷却物料，加热方式电加热。
4-出料方便，可直接出料也可配置输送泵出料。
5-不锈钢电控柜可全面监控设备运行，并可显示温度、等数据。
6-可配脚轮使之移动更方便。
